Refund Policy

Summary

• You pay per video: $9.90 each. A video is used only when its render starts. A render that fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter gives that video back automatically.
• A video that clearly did not do what its template's page describes (the people in your photos were not kept, or the scene or moves the page promises are missing) is redone once or given back: write to us within 48 hours.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment that never renews, so you are never charged again. There is no subscription.
• Within 7 days of a purchase, you get a full refund if you have not made any video with it yet.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, you are not charged for it: the video you paid for stays available, so you can make it again at no cost, or ask us for a refund. You do not need to contact us for this to happen.

The video came out wrong

AI video is not perfect, and we do not charge for a clip that clearly did not do what its template's page describes. The same rules apply to every template. Within 48 hours of the render, email support@gangnamstyleai.org with the link to the video if:

• the people from your photos were not kept (they are not recognisably the people in your photos), or
• the video clearly does not show what the template's page describes, for example its scene, its key moves or the people it says will appear.

We look at every report ourselves. If we agree, we either render the clip again at no charge or refund it; you choose. A clip that worked as described but is not as good as you hoped, or where the photos were blurry, taken from the side or had several people in them, is not covered; a clearer photo usually fixes it. One free re-render per original render.

Refund requests

Within 7 days of a purchase, you get a full refund if you have not made any video with it yet. A render that failed does not count: its video was given back.

After 7 days, or once you have made a video with that purchase, we look at each request individually. We will help in particular when a technical problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for.

To ask for a refund, email support@gangnamstyleai.org from the address you paid with and tell us which purchase it is about. We reply within 2 business days.

After a refund

An unused video from a refunded purchase can no longer be made. Videos you already made stay in My videos until they are deleted, 7 days after they were made.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Payments are currently processed by PayPal, including card payments made through PayPal's checkout, so refunds are sent through PayPal. Your bank or PayPal usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can usually resolve it much faster than a bank dispute.
